The race video from the Saturday Stinger race at the 2010 Hyperfest has been posted. The race was cut short due to two pace car periods, as there were a couple of on-track incidents. Apparently Hyperfest is a little too much for some people to take in!

Hyperfest Sunday Race Video Posted
The video from the Sunday Stinger race at the 2010 Hyperfest is up! It’s a 40 minute race, but there’s action at every turn. If you want to see a little too much action, check out around 13:45 in the video. Saturday video and race report are coming soon!
CMP Video Posted
The 10th annual Carolina Regional Mustang Club event was a great success! We didn’t get much done on the CRX as far as testing goes due to jumping in and out of students cars, but I did get a chance to help Tom Hennig with his Mustang. For a few months he’s been complaining about having trouble getting the rear tires to hook up and get traction. Now granted, this isn’t too surprising given that it has over 500 hp, but from the way Tom explained it, it’s worse than he expected. The car has wide sticky tires and 50% rear weight, so there should be some hope. For the past few events Tom has wanted me to drive the car to get my feedback on it, but our schedules have never worked out. The Mustang Club event was the perfect opportunity as he didn’t have all the usual responsibilities of the NASA weekends and I wasn’t able to test the parts for the CRX while jumping between student cars. So we took the opportunity to work on Tom’s car and try to sort out his rear grip issues.
